There are no fixed monthly fees. When you sign up for PER CALL SUPPORT, you will be given a KEY NUMBER that authorises you to call (or send e-mail to) our consultant department. Support calls are billed in blocks of 30 minutes. Time for answering e-mail is based on the complexity of the question, but minimum 30 minutes billed. If the estimated time exceeds two hours it should be agreed in advance.
The BASIC COVERAGE plan provides for 10 hours telephone support per month for most OSS/BSS related questions. Our experts can help with any technical questions, about integration and use of your OSS/BSS system. The included time in the BASIC COVERAGE plan can also be used for verification that your design matches the standard, which may necessitate one or more meeting(s). Extra cost will be added for onsite meetings.
