In today’s volatile markets reaching existing or potential customers directly is essential for any business. This data will be processed and aggregated by the EWS back office system, and the results are sent to the managers. The format of the message can be previously set, and an application in the mobile phone takes care of the correct format.It is possible to send the information in SMS, mobile data connection or email, depends on the actually available device or communication methods.
The status reports are also downloadable, so they can be analysed by further aspects.
